My Irish wolfhound Seamus (pronounced SHAME-us; Irish name) got the Big Snip last week. Since he's a large dog, he had a LARGE incision and a LARGE hole where his boy parts used to be. Poor Seamus experienced a lot of swelling and discomfort.
The vet recommended a solution he'd tried with a Great Dane. It 's been working great. Provides protection, compression, and support, plus it keeps him from licking.
